How this has influenced my planning
- I need to research a music channel that will show my music video
- I will need to come up with a logo for my star and music company
- I will need to come up with some background knowledge for my company
I believe that using music channels is not the most effective way of launching a new artist as they are not massively used in modern society as people use other methods of watching music video's such as youtube. Also it would not be easy to get a new star's music video onto a music channel as they are usually chart shows which count down the charts. Also for our target audience of teenagers I believe music channels would not be the most effective route to get our music video seen and to launch our star.
